Entire communities have been displaced—many losing their homes, food, and clothing. With nowhere else to go, countless families are now living on the streets or wading through waterlogged areas. Others are attempting to return home, only to find their homes completely destroyed. The government has begun to provide food for those affected, a crucial step toward survival. However, there is a dire need for clothing and blankets, as countless individuals are left exposed to the elements, vulnerable and cold.
